Spinach, tomato, and corn salad

Ingredients

• 2 ears worth of corn kernels
• 1 large tomato
• 1 medium cucumber
• 1 medium onion
• A handful each of fresh basil
• 1 bag of spinach
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Pepper to taste
