A spicy oil with garlic, paprika and chili flakes to awaken the taste buds. With a few leaves of fresh parsley for a touch of greenery and slices of toasted bread to top it all off, it's a guaranteed treat. This quick and easy dish is a real concentrate of flavor ;-)

Observations

How to store Turkish-style eggs?
We recommend that you prepare this dish just before eating it. However, you can store the various preparations in airtight tins in the refrigerator. If you wish to prepare this dish in advance, we recommend that you use soft-boiled eggs (cook for 6-7 minutes in boiling water, then plunge immediately into cold water).

How to make poached eggs?
You can also cook them like this: bring a pot of water to the boil and pour in 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Form a swirl in the water before gently placing the broken egg in it. Remove the egg after 3 minutes.

What can I use instead of Greek yoghurt?
You can replace it with another creamy yoghurt, or use a vegetable yoghurt.

Can chili oil be filtered?
If you want to make an infused chili oil and then filter it, we advise you to plan ahead and let it infuse for at least an hour before straining.
