- Once you filtered the almond milk, use the remaining almonds in the bag, it's named okara. So now you know what okara is and you can put it in a bowl !
- Add the flour, the baking powder, the salt and mix it well. Add te oil and the milk and mix again. Then add the chocolate chips and mix it all with your hands.
- With a tablespoon, form little balls and put them on a baking tray with baking paper. Flatten the balls to form the cookies.
- Bake them durig 12 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Let them cool down and eat them all !
