Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
100 gr okara

150 gr gluten free flour

80 gr brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

30 ml olive oil

90 ml almond milk

50 gr chocolate chips

1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Vegan cookies with okara - gluten free
    Once you filtered the almond milk, use the remaining almonds in the bag, it's named okara. So now you know what okara is and you can put it in a bowl !
  • Step 2 - Vegan cookies with okara - gluten free
    Add the flour, the baking powder, the salt and mix it well. Add te oil and the milk and mix again. Then add the chocolate chips and mix it all with your hands.
  • Step 3 - Vegan cookies with okara - gluten free
    With a tablespoon, form little balls and put them on a baking tray with baking paper. Flatten the balls to form the cookies.
  • Step 4 - Vegan cookies with okara - gluten free
    Bake them durig 12 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • Step 5 - Vegan cookies with okara - gluten free
    Let them cool down and eat them all !
