Kue Lumpur Surga sebenarnya sebutan aku aja buat kue yg satu ini, karena kue ini adalah salah satu kue kesukaanku dari dulu hingga sekarang heheheheee.....kuenya lembut dimulut dan nikmat dilidah buangettzz makanya aku tambahin aja pake surga dibelakangnya :-)) biar lebih fantastis ..tis..tis..tissss...

Beberapa kali bikin Kue Lumpur masih kurang puas dengan hasilnya...maksudnya penampilannya, karena selalu gosong bawahnya alhasil kurang menarik aja...meskipun rasanya sihh ..udah ok!!

Sampe suatu saat aku beli lah cetakan yang agak bagus, karena aku pikir mungkin aja karena cetakannya yg kurang ok makanya hasil akhirnya kurang ok. Tapi benar atau tidak setelah aku coba lagi dengan cetakan yg baru ini hasilnya cukup memuaskan, alhamdulillah.....

Kali ini aku coba bikin 1/2 resep aja...takut gagal lagi heheheheeh...

Bahan :
250 gr Gula Pasir250 gr Tepung Terigu Segitiga500 gr Kentang Kukus, haluskan100 gr Margarin, lelehkan2 1/2 Butir Kuning Telur2 Butir Putih Telur500 cc Santan1/2 sdt Vanillie1/2 sdt Garam100 gr Kismis u/ taburan

Cara Membuatnya:
Kocok gula dan telur sampai putih dan mengembang (tak perlu naik), masukkan garam dan vanillie sambil terus dikocok.Tuangi santan, aduk rata, masukkan kentang halus dan tepung terigu secara bertahap sambil tetap diaduk rata.Tuang margarin leleh, aduk rata.Panaskan cetakan, oles mentega, tuang adonan 3/4 penuh, tutup biarkan setengah matang, tutup lagi, biarkan hingga matang lalul angkat.
