Ingredients:- Channa dal-2 cup(soak in water for 3 hours) Green chilies-8 to 9 nos(finely chopped) Cumin seeds-2 tsp Onions-2 nos(finely chopped) Sod-1/2 tsp Curry leaves-few Salt to taste Besan or Channa dal flour-1/2 cup Oil for deep frying
