For breakfast, enjoy these cute little croissants, baked with a delicious condensed milk!

Ingredients

- 2.5 cups flour

- 0.5 ounces fresh yeast

- 1/2 cup condensed milk

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 ounce softened butter

Preparation

Step 1 - Condensed milk croissants

Step 1

In a bowl, put the flour, the crumbled yeast and the condensed milk. Start to knead at low speed, and pour the milk.

Once the dough is formed, add the softened butter, and knead at medium speed for 10 minutes. Then, leave it to rest for 2 hours at room temperature.

Roll out the dough to form a rectangle.

Cut it in half in its lenght, and cut triangles in it. Roll each triangle into a croissant, starting by the base to the edge of the triangle.

Put them on a baking tray, and leave them to swell for 1 hour at room temperature.

Step 6

Bake them 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
