- In a bowl, put the cream cheese, the eggs, the lemon peel and the corn starch.
- Add the condensed milk.
- Blend the mix to get a smooth texture.
- Pour into the greased mold. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Leave to cool down long enough before unmolding.
- The berry purée :
In a pot, put the berries , the sugar and the lemon juice. - Heat at medium heat, stirring regularly, until it is boiling. Leave 8 minutes, then add the corn starch and stir well. Take out of the heat and leave to cool down.
- Serve the purée on top of the cheesecake and there you are!
