Lemon grass cake

Ingredients

For the cake:

• 1/3 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups self raising flour
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3 sticks of lemon grass

For the orange glaze:

• juice of 1 orange
• 10g butter
• 1 tsp orange rind
• 1 tbsp sugar
