Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 1/2 c Joseph's Grainery Soft White Wheat Flour
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 c whole milk
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 5 peaches, thinly sliced

Preparation

• Preaheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Combine all of the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl and stir. Once the ingredients are mixed, roll the dough out onto a greased pizza sheet, making a round pizza shape. Bake for 12 minutes.
• Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the sauce. Using a spatula cover the entire pizza crust.
• Then arrange the peach slices on top of the sauce. Dust with sugar and chill for 10 minutes.
• Cut into wedges and serve up this delicious dessert!
