Ingredients
Materials
- large mixing bowl
Preparation
Wash and slice the oranges and lemons, then place the slices in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the red wine over the fruit, add the sugar, cinnamon stick, and Cointreau. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Before serving, add the lemonade and mix well.
And there you have it, your sangria is ready!
Observations
Cointreau: It's not mandatory, and you can replace it with your choice of alcohol (rum, curaçao) in any quantity you prefer.
Fruits: You can use any fruits you like: apple, peach, pear, etc. You can also add mint.
Lemonade: For a less sweet result, you can replace it with sparkling water.
Marination time: The minimum is 24 hours, but you can let it marinate for 2 to 3 days (be careful not to let it sit too long, as the citrus peels can become too bitter).
