Prepare the onion: cut it into slices. In a pan, melt the butter and then sauté the onion until translucent.
Melt the butter in a hot pan, then place the galette. Spread the pesto sauce and then add the cooked onion slices.
Next, add the mozzarella slices and the pancetta. Cook for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pine nuts and then fold the edges.
