How to cook buldak habanero lime noodles, marinated chicken recipe!
Buldak noodles are THE spicy trend of the moment, and we can't get enough of them! After testing the classic carbonara and cheese noodles, we're now tackling the Habanero Lime version, which promises to tickle your taste buds... Lovers of spicy foods are sure to love them. We've chosen to dress them with chicken, lime and coriander, but the possibilities are endless (soft-boiled egg, vegetables, cheese...).

- cutting board
- airtight container
- 1 frying pan

Preparation
Cut chicken into pieces.
Place chicken pieces in an airtight container.
Add half the red sachet from the noodle packet (the chilli sauce).
Close the container and shake to distribute the sauce evenly. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Drizzle a small amount of oil into a frying pan over medium heat, then add the marinated chicken pieces.
Fry until all pieces are cooked through. Set chicken aside.
Add the water to the pan and the white sachet from the noodle packet (the dehydrated vegetables).
When the water boils, add the noodles. They will cook for 5min30 in all.
Cook the noodles for 1 minute, then turn the noodle block over.
Then untie the noodles so that they cook evenly.
Add the rest of the red sachet (the hot pepper sauce) and mix well.
Then add the chicken pieces and sauté together.
Serve with lime juice and chopped coriander.
