  • Blanch duck in boiling water and drain.
  • Bring another 2 litres of water to boil. Add ginger, salted plums, asam skin and duck. Simmer over low heat for 45-60 minutes.
  • Add pickled mustards green and cook till duck is soft and tender.
  • Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add additional seasoning of salt if necessary.
  • Serve hot.

Great Taste of Home ! You can also add some "Phai Kut" (pork spare ribs) and make it even more flavorful.
