- Heat oil in a kadai, add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. When aroma rises add the onions and green chilly.
- Saute for few mins and add the ginger and garlic paste, saute and add the tomatoes, cook till tomatoes are smashed.
- Now add the curry powder, kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add little water to the mixture and bring the gravy to boil.
- When gravy boils add the halved eggs and simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot with Chapati/ Rice.
