Muttai Thokku/Egg Masala
Preparation

Heat oil in a kadai, add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. When aroma rises add the onions and green chilly.

Saute for few mins and add the ginger and garlic paste, saute and add the tomatoes, cook till tomatoes are smashed.

Now add the curry powder, kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add little water to the mixture and bring the gravy to boil.

When gravy boils add the halved eggs and simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot with Chapati/ Rice.
