Paneer butter masala


- Paneer 250 g
- Onion,chopped 2
- Tomato,chopped 2
- Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Kasuri methi 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Cream half cup(Optional)
- Red color a pinch
- Salt to taste


Step 1

Fry the onions, till it turns golden brown and add the tomatoes to fry them well.

Step 2

Cool the onion and tomatoes and Grain them to fine paste.

Step 3

Fry cumin,Ginger and garlic paste in remaining butter .

Step 4

Add paneer cubes to it and saute it well.

Step 5

Add the paste, Once, it starts boiling, add the crushed kasuri methi, salt, fresh cream and the color.

Step 6

For more spice, you can add a teaspoon of garam masala6.Remove from flame,add excess butter on top.
