Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Pork - 650 g

Chilly powder - 6 tablespoons

pepper powder - 1 tablespoons

Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon

ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

oil for stir fry

salt for taste

water for cooking

Preparation

  • Dry roast coriander powder and mix well with pork. Now mix chilly powder and pepper powder, and ginger-garlic paste to the pork and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • In a pressure pan or cooker heat oil, add the pork and stir fry.
  • Add just enough water to cover the pork, add salt, cover and cook for 1 or 2 whistle.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
