- Dry roast coriander powder and mix well with pork. Now mix chilly powder and pepper powder, and ginger-garlic paste to the pork and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- In a pressure pan or cooker heat oil, add the pork and stir fry.
- Add just enough water to cover the pork, add salt, cover and cook for 1 or 2 whistle.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
