Grease the pan with olive oil. Don't forget the sides.
Place the feta in the center of the pan. Then the eggs.
Just season the eggs with salt and pepper.
Then a good drizzle of olive oil over the entire surface (eggs and feta). Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 18 to 22 minutes. The feta should be creamy and the egg whites cooked.
Remove from the oven. While still hot, mix everything together with a fork.
Heat the tortillas and fill each one with 4 tablespoons (+/-). If you prefer, add a few basil leaves.
Fold the tortilla into an envelope shape, i.e. the two sides first, then roll it up tightly so that the filling remains inside.
It's ready. Enjoy your meal!
