Soft-boiled eggs cooked in air fryer
We have discovered an incredibly simple way to prepare soft-boiled eggs to perfection, thanks to our faithful sidekick Air Fryer :-) With this method, no more hassle of the boiling pot of water and the overcooked eggs... In just a few minutes, you will obtain perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs, with a yolk still runny and a well-set white, for a small perfect brunch or dinner! In France we love to make toast sticks to dip in our soft-boiled eggs, we give you all the tips to make these delicious combo!

- Air Fryer (Here Ninja Foodi AF300EU 7,6L)
- 2 egg cups
- 1 toaster (optional)
Preparation
- Place the eggs in the Air fryer tray.
- Start cooking on Air fry mode at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
- Dip the eggs in cold water to stop the cooking.
- Toast slices of bread, butter the slices and cut them into sticks to make them! And there you have it, your soft-boiled eggs are ready!
Observations
How to toast dippers?
Toast slices of bread, then you can butter them if you wish with unsalted or semi-salted butter then cut them into sticks so that you can dip them in your soft-boiled eggs.
What should I do if I don't have an egg cup?
You can also use an espresso cup or shot glass!

Why immerse cooked eggs in cold water?
