This cake is super fast to make ! You'll love it with icing sugar and chopped hazelnuts on top ;-)

  • Microwavable mould

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Microwave brownies
    Mix the eggs and the sugar. Add melted butter and mix well.
  • Step 2 - Microwave brownies
    Add flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well and pour the batter in a greased and floured mould.
  • Step 3 - Microwave brownies
    Cook in microwave for 2 minutes at 800W. Open the microwave and wait 30 seconds before cooking again for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • Step 4 - Microwave brownies
    Leave to cool down and sprinkle some icing sugar and chopped hazelnuts.
