  • Butter-free brownies - Preparation step 1In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
  • Butter-free brownies - Preparation step 2Melt the chocolate and add it to the previous mixture. Incorporate the apple purée and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Butter-free brownies - Preparation step 3Add the flour and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
  • Butter-free brownies - Preparation step 4Pour this mixture into a greased mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
