Butter-free brownies
Are you someone who loves brownies but finds them too greasy? Who doesn't like brownies! We propose an alternative that doesn't change the flavor. Why replace butter? With apple purée! Ready?

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
Melt the chocolate and add it to the previous mixture. Incorporate the apple purée and vanilla, and mix well.
Add the flour and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Pour this mixture into a greased mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Let it cool down and unmold! Enjoy!

You can use another flavor of chocolate if you prefer (milk or white).
