- Preheat oven to 350 .
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl (almond meal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, protein powder) and mix to combine.
- Combine bananas, eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla extract in a blender (easier than mashing manually).
- Add dry and wet ingredients and stir well to combine (either with a spoon or using blender if you are lazy).
- Rub coconut oil in muffin tins. Add mixture to muffin tins.
- Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
