Ingredients: 16 oz self-raising flour; 12 oz butter; 9 oz caster sugar; 6 eggs - separated; 4 oz bittersweet couverture (cooking chocolate) melted; 4 tablepsoons milk; 2 tablepsoons green tea powder; 1 teaspoon vanilla; A pinch of salt; Icing sugar for decoration - optional

Sift flour with a pinch of salt, set aside. Melt the chocolate with the milk, set aside.
Whisk the egg whites till stiff, but not dry, set aside.
Cream the buter with sugar till light, fluffy and creamy, add in the egg yolks one at a time, mix well.
Fold in the sifted flour, mix well and add in the vanilla essence.
Fold in the egg whites and mix till well incorporated.
Divide the batter into 2. Add in the chocolate mixture into one batter, mix well.
Sift in the green tea powder into the other, also mix well.
Spoon batters alternatively into the lightly greased and flour dusted bundt tin.
Bake in preheated oven 180 deg C for 50 to 55 minutes. Test with skewer till it comes out clean.
Cool cake in tin for about 10 minutes. before removing the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
Sift on icing sugar generously if desired.
