- Sift flour with a pinch of salt, set aside. Melt the chocolate with the milk, set aside.
- Whisk the egg whites till stiff, but not dry, set aside.
- Cream the buter with sugar till light, fluffy and creamy, add in the egg yolks one at a time, mix well.
- Fold in the sifted flour, mix well and add in the vanilla essence.
- Fold in the egg whites and mix till well incorporated.
- Divide the batter into 2. Add in the chocolate mixture into one batter, mix well.
- Sift in the green tea powder into the other, also mix well.
- Spoon batters alternatively into the lightly greased and flour dusted bundt tin.
- Bake in preheated oven 180 deg C for 50 to 55 minutes. Test with skewer till it comes out clean.
- Cool cake in tin for about 10 minutes. before removing the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
- Sift on icing sugar generously if desired.
