- MIX EVERTHING TO-GETHER.AND COOK GENTLY STIRRTING ALL THE TIME OVER SLOW FIRE.
KEEP ON STIRRING,IT SHOULD NOT STICK TO THE SIDES OF THE PAN,STIR TILL WATER DRIED UP AND A LITTLE FAT OOZING OUT FROM THE HALWA.REMOVE AND SPREAD ON A GREASED TRAY.GARNISHED WITH CASHEWNUTS.LET IT COOL BEFORE CUTTING.
