Preparation

  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the flour in a low flame.
  • On the other side,make sugar syrup with sugar and water.The consistency for the syrup is stickiness.
  • Once the sugar becomes sticky,Pour the syrup into the roasted flour.
  • Stir continuously.If lumps forms,smash it with spatula.
  • Pour ghee little by little to the halwa.
  • The consistency for the halwa is non sticking to the vessel and check with fingers.
  • Transfer it to the serving bowl and garnish with raisins.
