Asoka halwa/ ashoka halwa/ the south indian moong ka halwa

Wheat flour halwa/godhuma halwa

Gajar ka halwa ( carrot halwa )

- Heat oil in skillet.Turn the heat to low.
- Put atta in it and fry for 5 min or until atta turns golden in colour.
- Add water in this and mix well and cover the vessel and let it cook in low heat for 10 min.Do stir in between so that the halwa doesn't gets burn.
- After 10 min of cooking you will notice that the atta will start leaving ghee on periphery.This indiacates that halwa is cooked.
- Add sugar in it and cook for another 5 min.
