Vegan meringues with aquafaba
Have you ever tried to make Vegan meringues? These ones are made with aquafaba : liquid in a can of chickpeas. Let's try this recipe !
Preparation

Pour aquafaba at room temperature in a large bowl and whisk at high speed for about 5 minutes.

Add icing sugar gradually while whisking and add the vanilla extract. When all ingredients are well combined, transfer in a piping bag.

Pipe some meringues on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 1h30 at 250°F (120°C).
