  • Step 1 - Vegan meringues with aquafaba
    Pour aquafaba at room temperature in a large bowl and whisk at high speed for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2 - Vegan meringues with aquafaba
    Add icing sugar gradually while whisking and add the vanilla extract. When all ingredients are well combined, transfer in a piping bag.
  • Step 3 - Vegan meringues with aquafaba
    Pipe some meringues on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 1h30 at 250°F (120°C).
  • Step 4 - Vegan meringues with aquafaba
    There you are, your meringues are ready !
