Go far in the depths of Orient with this lebanese specialty. This chickpeas purée is so smooth with its tingling spices that you will buy your plane ticket just after eating it !

Ingredients

• 1 chickpeas can (14 oz)
• 5 fl oz olive oil
• 1 lemon
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt
• Pepper
• Sesame seeds

Preparation

• Peel chickpeas. It may be long and boring, but this step will make sure that your humus will be so creamy.
• In a blender, put chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
  Mix it all, and add some water to reach the right texture.
• Pour the humus into a serving dish, and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds ! It's ready !
  To eat with lebanese bread, naans, or crudities !
