Observations
Why the name "Espresso Martini" when it doesn't contain a Martini?
This cocktail was named so because of the type of glass used, the martini glass, rather than including Martini in the recipe.
Can this cocktail be made with other spirits?
Vodka is used for its neutrality which allows the coffee flavors to stand out. But you can try with other spirits, like gin for example!
Is it possible to prepare non-alcoholic versions of the Espresso Martini?
Yes, you can use non-alcoholic substitutes for coffee liqueur and adjust the proportions to create an alcohol-free version.
