Observations

Can chia seeds be substituted?
You can leave them out. We've added them because they contain omega3 and are rich in fiber.

Can milk be replaced?
You can use the milk of your choice, but you can also use plant-based drinks. We love using almond milk in this recipe! If you don't have milk at home, you can use water.

Which yoghurt to use?
We've used a "petit suisse" here. You can use the yogurt of your choice (skyr, Greek-style yogurt, classic yogurt...), plain or with vanilla (in which case don't add vanilla extract). And, of course, plant-based yogurts for a lactose-free breakfast.

Can I replace coffee?
You can use decaffeinated coffee.

What about cocoa powder?
You can use melted chocolate and make a shell on top, for example!

How do I store overnight oats?
You can make them at least 2 hours in advance and keep them for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped.
