Calling all coconut lovers: this homemade ice cream needs just 4 ingredients! Coconut milk, whipping cream, sugar and shredded coconut come together in a no-cook base before the Ninja Creami turns it into a smooth, refreshing treat. The result is a creamy coconut ice cream with an intense coconut flavor, perfect on its own or topped with chocolate shavings. The hardest part is waiting before grabbing a spoon!

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl using a whisk.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container. Close the container and place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
Remove the lid and place the container in the Ninja Creami bowl, then into the machine. Select the "Scoop" mode, then "Ice cream."
If you get this texture, put the ice cream back in the machine and press "Re-spin" or "Ice cream" again.
Once you achieve this texture, it's ready! Store it in the freezer in its jar or an appropriate airtight container if you want to eat it later.
If you'd like to eat it right away, serve it in a small bowl and enjoy!
