Take two ice-cube trays (mine are 14 cubes each). Place fruit pieces in the ice-cube trays, about 2 to 3 pieces per cube. When done place about 1 to 2 teaspoon of juice per ice-cube.
Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm.
When ready to serve just take them out like regular ice cubes and serve.
(You can also use other fruit combinations and different juice!)

Works well with oranges, apples & papaya, and I switch off with orange juice and peach or pear nectar.
