Mix the applesauce, almond milk, and cane sugar.
Add the soy yogurt, vanilla extract, rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and mix.
While whisking, add the oil in a thin stream. Mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a pan. Ours measures 8.6 inches/22cm in diameter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 370°F/190°C.
