Ingredients: 3x 410gr tins fruit cocktail - this is what it is called here, but you are looking for canned fruit salad.; 1x 410gr tin guava - cut up; 4 passion fruits - or 2 small tins passion fruit pulp; 1 small paw-paw- peeled and cut in cubes; 3 bananas -peeled and sliced; 1 small punnet blue berries; 1 small punnet raspberries; 1 small punnet goose berries; 1 pinch of salt - it does make a difference ..it brings out the flavor or the fruits.

Preparation

Open the tins and pour off all the liquid. Mix all the tinned fruit together in a glass bowl. Add the paw-paw and bananas. Just before serving add all the berries and mix through. Keep the passion fruit and pour over the ice-cream. The fruit salad is best if left in the fridge for a couple of hours.
