Strawberry frosted flakes milkshake

Ingredients

• 2 C Low-fat Milk
• 1 C Strawberries, chopped
• 1/2 Banana, chopped
• 1/2 C Kellogs Frosted Flakes
• 1 tablespoon Sugar/Honey
• A pinch of Cardamom powder
• Few Crushed Ice
