Combine banana with coconut and make this perfect cake !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 ripe banana

50 gr brown sugar

1 egg

50 gr olive oil

50 ml coconut milk

2 tbsp grated coconut

100 gr flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

Materials

Mold : 11 cm diameter

Preparation

  • Mix banana + brown sugar + egg + olive oil + coconut milk + grated coconut + flour + baking powder + chia seeds.
  • Pour the batter in a greased mold and sprinkle some grated coconut on top.
  • Bake 25 min at 350°F (180°C).
  • There you are !

Observations:

If ou make this recipe using a basic rectangular cake mold, multiply by 3 the ingredients and bake 45 min at 350°F (180°C).
