  • Cover oven rack with aluminum foil. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  • Cook flatbreads directly on oven racks for 7 minutes.
  • Remove flatbreads from oven and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Top flatbreads with sauce and cheese and vegetable toppings (for veggie pizzas).
  • Cook for another 5 minutes in the oven, directly on the oven rack or with the cookie sheet.
  • Serve immediately.
