Guiltless Flatbread Pizzas
Preparation

Cover oven rack with aluminum foil. Pre-heat oven to 350F.

Cook flatbreads directly on oven racks for 7 minutes.

Remove flatbreads from oven and place on a cookie sheet.

Top flatbreads with sauce and cheese and vegetable toppings (for veggie pizzas).

Cook for another 5 minutes in the oven, directly on the oven rack or with the cookie sheet.

Serve immediately.
