Homemade skinless turkey longanisa

2 lbs ground turkey

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp fresh cracked peppercorn

4 tsp sea salt

1 Tbsp garlic, minced

2 Tbsp liquid seasoning


  • Mix everything in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and allow the flavors to blend. Form into logs or patties.
  • Cook in a non-stick frying pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
  • Serve with garlic fried rice or steamed rice or hot buns.
