METHOD: *Wash the taro stems.Trim off the ends&peel the outer skin,as u do for drumstick veg.Chop them finely. *Sprinkle some salt,mix well and keep aside for 5mints.Then Squeeze out all the water from it. *Heat the oil in a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds,add dry red chilis n curry leaves&fry till crisp. *Add taro stem,coconut paste n enough salt&mix well. *Cook covered for 3-4 mints,stir in between *Serve hot with rice links: TARO PLANT
