Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Ghee : 1/2 cup

Milk : 2 teaspoons

All purpose flour :1 cup

Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoons

Horlicks : 2 (or) 3 teaspoons

Castor sugar : 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together and make it a smooth dough.
  • Grease the crusty plate with ghee and preheat the oven with the baking plate 250 degree.
  • Make small balls, pat it in your palm, make it flat, place it in the baking plate and bake it @ 200 degree for 12 minutes.
  • Allow the cookies to cool for sometime and serve.
