Ingredients

• Ghee : 1/2 cup
• Milk : 2 teaspoons
• All purpose flour :1 cup
• Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoons
• Horlicks : 2 (or) 3 teaspoons
• Castor sugar : 1/4 cup

Preparation

• Mix all the ingredients together and make it a smooth dough.
• Grease the crusty plate with ghee and preheat the oven with the baking plate 250 degree.
• Make small balls, pat it in your palm, make it flat, place it in the baking plate and bake it @ 200 degree for 12 minutes.
• Allow the cookies to cool for sometime and serve.
