- Soak the rava in curd for 10 minutes, add salt.
- Meanwhile, splutter mustard seeds in a tsp of oil, fry channa dal and green chilly, add to batter.
- You can also add chopped curry/coriander leaves, grated carrots and fried cashews.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter evenly through.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for around 10 minutes. Tilt the dish into a plate, piece into any shape. Serve with onion chutney!!
