- Cut carrot into long thin sticks.
- Roast the Methi and grind coarsely.
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard , fenugeek powder, asafoetida, turmeric and red chilly powder.
- Pour it over the carrots, mix well
- Add lil salt and lemon juice.
