Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon together.

Make a well in dry ingredients, and add eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, nuts, coconut and mangoes, mix well; put into 2 greased 8 x 4 x2 loaf pans.

Let stand 20 minutes before baking at 350 degrees Fof for one hour.
