Mini chocolate chip galettes
As Epiphany approaches, it's time to celebrate the arrival of the Three Wise Men in style. This year, we’re getting creative by offering our guests mini frangipane galettes on sticks. An easy and slightly chocolatey recipe that will delight both children and adults!
Ingredients
Materials
- 6 cm diameter cookie cutter
- Skewers
Preparation
Unroll the pastry sheets and cut circles into them using your cookie cutter.
Arrange half of the circles on a baking tray, spacing them well. Place wooden sticks, pressing lightly.
Combine the softened butter with the eggs, then add the sugar.
Then add the powdered almonds, and finish with the chocolate chips.
Place 1 tablespoon of almond cream in the center of each pastry circle, then cover with another pastry circle. Press the edges well to seal.
Brush each galette with egg yolk, then draw patterns using the tip of a knife.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your mini chocolate chip galettes are ready!
