Preparation
- Peel a pineapple and cut it into slices. Remove the core.
You can also use canned pineapple slices that you have drained beforehand. - Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Take a slice of pineapple and dip it in melted chocolate halfway. Place it on the parchment paper and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
