- Clean and cut the borders of the rhubarb. Cut them so they can fit in the mold and peel.
- Saupoudrez le fond de votre moule beurré de sucre roux.
Prinkle the mold bottom with brown sugar
- Put the rubarb on the sugar and drizzle some lemon juice on it.
- Mix eggs + sugar + vanilla sugar.
- Add flour + baking powder + salt + almond meal and mix well.
- Add melted butter.
- Pour this batter on the rhubarb.
- Bake 30 min at 350°F (180°C).
- Unmold when it's cold. There you are ! Your rhubarb cake is ready !
