Try this easy recipe with delicious flavors !
Preparation

Clean and cut the borders of the rhubarb. Cut them so they can fit in the mold and peel.

Saupoudrez le fond de votre moule beurré de sucre roux.
Prinkle the mold bottom with brown sugar

Put the rubarb on the sugar and drizzle some lemon juice on it.

Mix eggs + sugar + vanilla sugar.

Add flour + baking powder + salt + almond meal and mix well.

Add melted butter.

Pour this batter on the rhubarb.

Bake 30 min at 350°F (180°C).

Unmold when it's cold. There you are ! Your rhubarb cake is ready !
