For the salad :

1 head romane lettuce

2 chicken breasts


0.5 oz parmesan cheese shavings


For the sauce :

1 tbsp Dijon mustard


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 citron

pepper

0.5 cup olive oil (10 cl)

0.5 oz parmesan cheese

1 egg


For the bread croutons :

olive oil

2 sandwich breads

1 garlic clove

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Caesar salad - the classic recipeCook your chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil.
  • Step 2 - Caesar salad - the classic recipePrepare your hard-boiled eggs : put your eggs in boiling water during 10 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Caesar salad - the classic recipePrepare your bread croutons : in a pan, put olive oil, then add the garlic clove.
  • Step 4 - Caesar salad - the classic recipeCut your bread in little cubes. Add them in the pan with the browned garlic clove.
  • Step 5 - Caesar salad - the classic recipePrepare your sauce : with a plunging mixer, mix together the Dijon mustard, the salt, the Worcestershire sauce the lemon juice and the pepper.
