- Cook your chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil.
- Prepare your hard-boiled eggs : put your eggs in boiling water during 10 minutes.
- Prepare your bread croutons : in a pan, put olive oil, then add the garlic clove.
- Cut your bread in little cubes. Add them in the pan with the browned garlic clove.
- Prepare your sauce : with a plunging mixer, mix together the Dijon mustard, the salt, the Worcestershire sauce the lemon juice and the pepper.
- Then add the olive oil gradually while mixing.
- When the sauce has a thick texture, add grated Parmesan and the egg and mix again.
- In a bowl, put the the heart of a Romane lettuce.
- Add the chicken on top of it.
- Then, add the hard-boiled eggs cut in 4 slices, pour the sauce, add the Parmesan. Finally, put your bread croutons on top.
- That’s it, your Caesar Salad is done !
