Unbeatable caesar salad
Very well-known, you have certainly ordered a "Caesar salad" at a restaurant before ;-) Why not make it at home this time? Very easy to prepare, the secret of this salad topped with chicken strips lies mainly in its dressing! Simple and effective for dinner, we share our recipe right here.

Cook your chicken strips in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
Prepare your hard-boiled eggs: immerse them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Prepare your croutons: in a hot pan, pour in olive oil, then add your crushed garlic clove.
Cut your sandwich bread into cubes, then brown them in the pan.
Prepare your dressing: using an immersion blender, mix the mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and pepper.
Then add the olive oil gradually while continuing to blend.
When you achieve a thick texture, add the grated Parmesan and the whole egg, then blend again.
In a salad bowl, place the heart of a romaine lettuce.
Place the chicken strips on top of the salad.
Then, add the hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters. Next, pour your Caesar dressing, then add the Parmesan shavings on the salad. Finally, place your croutons on top.
And there you have it, your Caesar Salad is ready!
