  • Step 1 - Caesar salad - the classic recipe
    Cook your chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil.

    Prepare your hard-boiled eggs : put your eggs in boiling water during 10 minutes.

    Prepare your bread croutons : in a pan, put olive oil, then add the garlic clove.

    Cut your bread in little cubes. Add them in the pan with the browned garlic clove.

    Prepare your sauce : with a plunging mixer, mix together the Dijon mustard, the salt, the Worcestershire sauce the lemon juice and the pepper.
