Ingredients

• 1 head of lettuce
• 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 chicken breasts, grilled and shredded
• 1/4 red onion, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1 cup corn kernels
• 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
• 5 slices bacon, chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 5 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 limes, juiced (or 1/4 cup)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
• 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
• salt and pepper
• a dash of hot sauce
• tortilla chips

Preparation

• Cook and shred your chicken, boil your eggs, and fry up the bacon.
• Make your dressing: sour cream, lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
• Then start layering the salad with chips, lettuce, chicken, bacon, red onion, avocado, corn, cheese, and egg. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy.
