Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
4 to 5 Small ripe bananas(rasakadali or poovan pazham)

1 cup Maida

5 teaspoons Sugar

1 teaspoons Cardamom powder

½ teaspoons Baking powder

¼ teaspoons Baking soda

½ cup Water

A pinch of salt

Oil for frying

Preparation

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredientsand mix well with hand.
  • Mash the bananas with hand well.And mix it to a thick batter.
  • Let it sit for 15 minutes. Now heat oil in a kadai.
  • Take a spoon full of batter and pour to the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
