Preparation

  • Step 1 - Chocolate palmiers
    Unroll your pastry sheet and spread nutella (or other chocolate spread) on it.
  • Step 2 - Chocolate palmiers
    Roll the pastry to its half, and to the same with the other side, so they meet in the middle. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Chocolate palmiers
    Then, cut slices into the pastry, and put on a baking tray.
  • Step 4 - Chocolate palmiers
    Bake 15 min at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 5 - Chocolate palmiers
    There you are ! Your chocolate palmier are ready !
